Tim Geitz

Timothy A. Geitz, founded Geitz Design Associates, LLC Architects (GDA) of Westport, Connecticut in 1993. Since 1993 GDA has changed the landscape of Fairfield County and beyond with it’s unique high-end residential and commercial design.

Mr. Geitz received a Bachelor’s Degree of Architecture from Roger Williams College in Bristol, Rhode Island. Mr. Geitz is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCRB). Mr. Geitz is also a Board Member of the Metropolitan Construction Council of NYC. He is currently registered and licensed in five states (CT, NY, NJ, NH, MA) and has two additional approvals pending for (CA & WA).

A Fairfield County Native, Mr. Geitz understands the meaning of New England quality and craftsmanship. His Award Winning Traditional and Shingle Style homes have been featured in local and national publications and truly sets the standard of Architectural beauty and function. His extensive commercial portfolio includes hundreds of commercial build-outs and premiere renovations as well.

Scott Jenkins

Scott Jenkins

Scott Jenkins joined Geitz Design Associates in 2002. Scott has been gaining experience in the industry since 1995 building various types and styles of homes in the field. His field experience and hands on approach led him to Norwalk Community Technical College where he graduated in 2002 with an Associates Degree in Architectural Engineering.

Since joining Geitz Design Associates Scott has assisted the firm in conventional and custom design practices, project coordination and planning, 3D modeling and client coordination on both residential and commercial projects.
